The reporter’s words

There is a blockage between the storm water drain near Netherby Lane (pix 1& 2) & the drain near Bampton St.(pix3) Water flows along the gutter flooding across driveways & drains away via Bampton St drain. The drain from Netherby Lane flows OK into the street drain where it comes out & flows along the road. So it appears there is a solud blockage between these drains.
