The reporter’s words
The LED lights on the outside turn on during the day and off at night. The bulb lights inside sometimes turn on during the day, and the don’t work at night. I saw these on during the night about 6 months ago but the no longer work. Would be good if the are both on during the night and off during the day to save power.
