The leak outside 1a Brockhall Lane has been slow trickle in the gutter for three months at least. This house is a rental and is owned by Keith MacDonald cell 0274964799 This seepage of water is SO wasteful. Jill Irving Neighbourhood Co- ordinator at 4 Brockhall Lane.
