Graffiti
Reported Wednesday, 12 January 2022 at 2:59 pm, 127, Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
GRAFFITI ALONG LANEWAY: Unfortunately some low life’s have graffitied on art and council assets on the laneway between Durham and Montreal Streets in the South Frame. Is this gang related or just misbehaving youth? The frequency and amount of tagging and graffiti is concerning.
