For the last year at least, the Toby box at this address has the lid open. the box is in the middle of the footpath, main traffic is Roydvale school kids and parents and people coming off bus at this location. Many times we put the lid back and every time it was open again. It is like someone is opening it on purpose or its playing around with the tap . It is a very dangerous thing as the footpath is also a bit lower in that point and it is easy to break your leg in that place . The Google map is old, there is a retreated fence that puts the box in the middle of the footpath
