Adding to my previous report, ID 2073134, just letting you know school started and it still looks like this on a daily base. My thoughts is the air BnB people are either supposed to kill the water due to some inside leaks and can't be bothered to put the lid back, or the owners managing the sprinklers from the street. Either way it is a very serious tripping hazard, elders are doing their walks and it's a very busy school route. Probably CCC needs to move the box at the edge of the road boundary although this is not a fix for the poor practice.
