Graffiti
Reported Saturday, 15 January 2022 at 9:54 am, 135, Lichfield Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
GRAFFITI: The East Frame is increasingly being targeted with tagging. In this instance on private property, but unsightly none the less. Across the road, local businesses have been targeted too. This is a huge cost to rate payers and individual home and business owners, and makes the neighbourhood environment intimidating. Something proactive needs to be done about this please.
