Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 27 January 2022 at 3:36 pm, 94, Main North Road, Papanui, Canterbury, 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Faulty bike lights at intersection Main North Rd and Grassmere St. I waited through 3 rounds of light changes before I could cross the road. The lights did turn green for the cars coming from Grassmere but not for bicycles going into Grassmere. They did work for getting out of Grassmere on the green bike lights. I eventually just crossed when the cars on the Main North Rd had red lights.
