Roading/Streets
Reported Friday, 28 January 2022 at 7:35 pm, Deans Avenue, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The pedestrian signal at the traffic light crossing from Deans Ave footpath across to the median island isn’t working properly. When the pedestrian button is pushed on the Deans Ave footpath, the red ‘person’ signal only shows on the median pole for a few seconds then goes off (this can occur multiple times) and the green pedestrian signal doesn’t show up so there is no opportunity to cross.
