Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 31 January 2022 at 9:42 pm, 59, Rue Grehan, Akaroa, Canterbury, 7520, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
For several years we have asked CCC to improve the steep section of Woodills Road to no avail. Over the years the verges have encroached on the road and the foliage has grown inwards toward the centre of the road. It has now got to the stage that the road is narrow, hazardous with poor visibility (as shown on the photo) and an accident is waiting to happen. We have been assured action will happen but nothing has. This is now extremely urgent. Action needs to happen. Thanks
