The reporter’s words
There are 'no parking' cones down one side of the Fisher Avenue to enable traffic to flow more freely while a large amount of traffic is being diverted there from Tennyson Street (due to road works). Multiple vehicles continue to park on this side over the course of the day, creating traffic issues especially during peak times. The vehicle photographed (number plate NJG615) is an example of this. The most persistent offenders are usually tradespeople working on 160 Fisher Ave property.
