Visual polution! For any visitors to Cathedral Square who want to view the new Convention Centre there is a fantastically inappropriate attraction in the foreground...a view of Thomas Crappers finest! Hardly good Feng Shue! Can 'self-closing' arms at least be added to soften this eyesore please????
