Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Sunday, 22 January 2017 at 5:39 pm, 58, Governors Bay Road, Cass Bay, 8971, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
This drain is always blocked,as are all the drains further up the road. It's very dangerous as it creates a stream of water which if cars are going fast could lose control.
