The reporter’s words

Someone has dug out large tussocks and blocked Dudley creek with them on the downstream side of the Bellvue Ave culvert under the railway line. Discovered 6 p.m. 18/2/22, prior to tonight's rain. They also wrenched the iron fence open to gain access. We will probably have to remove the tussocks ourselves to prevent flooding upstream on our property. The fence will need to be repaired and secured.
