Off road motorcycles ridden on the beach and in the red zone, south end of Estuary Road, Southshore, Christchurch 8062, for at least two hours now. No licence plates, noisy and unsafe in pedestrian areas. Reported this many times and nothing is done. Not a police issue as unlikely to catch them in their brief time on the street, they have no plates so cannot complete a Report a bad driver report.
