Grafitti on fence, grass verge not mowed. Rubbish The staff at NZBlood tidied up this area at the end of january and tried our best to mow the grass. The street is intidy and not indictive of a normal garden city street. Boy racers use this street in the weekend so a rubbish bin may encourage tidy kiwis??? Lester lane
