The reporter’s words

When the contractor installed the sub main water pipe they dug up the previous bitumen pad in front of my letter box, see picture for reference. The contractors only replaced the bitumen around the new water main valve, please can they come back and repair the area in front of the letter boxes as well given the work was not properly finished?
