Hi, yesterday for some reason our next door neighbors put their green bin under this tree. Unfortunately when the truck put the bin back down, he also broke off a main branch and has damaged the trees stump in the process. I was wondering when some comes to fix it could they please cut off the branch in the 3rd photo it is starting to get in the way of when we ravish out of our drive way. I would very much appreciate it. I have put tied some string to it so they get the right branch ??
