The reporter’s words
There is a new big dip in the footpath on the corner of Main North Rd and Prestons Rd. The ground underneath the footpath has obviously sunk. This is concerning as this is just near a large sinkhole by the Mobil driveway which was repaired a few months ago. And there appears to be another sinking area under the "left lane left turn only" sign on outside the Mobil. Makes me wonder if there is a bigger issue with the land under this very busy intersection?
