The reporter’s words
I have lived in St Albans for 30 years. In recent years I notice how scruffy the "gardens" and grass verges are and it saddens me. The photos I have sent are of two small gardens at the corner of Edwards Ave and Barbados Street. It has been completely unkempt for a long long time. I would like to see it tidied asap!
