I guess the ccc already know about the offensive odour permeating the garden city but I thought I would give you the perspective of a visitor. Your city is 3rd world. It smells like Jakarta. It has smelled terrible every day but this morning after last night's rain is just terrible. I do understand that there was a fire at the sewerage plant but I understand that was six months ago. I wonder who is embarrassed enough to just do something about this. The council or the insurers? Both are in a position to have fixed this by now so I am surprised the population has not held your toes to the fire. I do not go and eat out while I am here, I cannot wait to leave, I will not be back while your fair city smells like the worst slum.
