There are multiple pot holes in the turning area as Challis Place becomes Osmond Lane. It takes some focus to manoeuvre around these, which at times creates a hazard as cars accessing osmond lane take a short cut bypassing the turning area, so cars can meet somewhat unexpectedly right around where the pot holes area.
