Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Sunday, 12 March 2017 at 11:05 pm, 68–76, Lichfield Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
It doesn't appear that the stormwater retention garden or rain garden is having its intended effect. Water is still flowing towards the stormwater grate even during periods of light rainfall
