Struttons rd unsealed SECTION from wooden bridge to gate entrance to open paddocks.. Neglected stagnant blocked, overgrown smelly not flowing culverts and drains. .HEALTH HAZARD TO RESIDENTS, RISKS LEGIONELLA/,E.COLI EG. URGENT WORK NEEDED TO THIS AREA also drain by gateway leading to healthcote river not flowing as it should. Many thanks
