Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 9 June 2022 at 6:51 pm, 11 Providence Place, Redwood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Tree roots are causing the pavement on Providence Place between Numbers 1 and 7 to open and crack and rise into big bumps making it very dangerous as pedestrians are tripping over them. It is especially dangerous at night as the street lamp lighting is obscured by the tree and branches so walking in pitch darkness in areas. Please repair the broken footpath. The trees need cutting socthey sit UNDER the lamps.
