Tried to tell my neighbour about a continuous water leak they have but they are a little strange and aren't answering their door. It has been 3 days now, and they must have leaked thousands of liters of water! It is running out of a header tank that is overfilling on their roof and into their gutter and out on to the street. Can something be done?
