The reporter’s words

Hello Council person The stormwater drain is blocked. I have reported the heavy leaf fall - which has caused the issue to the council before, however received a letter to say that it did not meet the criteria. I hope the flooding does meet the councils criteria to rectify. Part of the footpath is now submerged ??
