Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 22 April 2017 at 3:19 pm, 2 Slater Street, Richmond, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Roadside garden is a mess. Silt has killed it when gutters were being fixed. It hasn't been maintained. Needs top soil, bark, and all the roses ripped out and replaced with sturdy grasses. Same issue on other side of road
