Appreciate CCC has plenty of flooding issues just now to deal with but this blockage in Leitch St needs attention. It is much worse when water from recent heavy rain events is not draining and backs up significantly around cnr into Selwyn St. The logs aren't the problem BTW (associated with building site). Other side of this crossing shows water drains well.
