Sewer - Leak / Blockage

Hello, I live at 1 Leitch Street and haven't been able to use my toilet all day and the water backs up and cannot flush. The water hasn't drained away at all, if anything it is getting more full with risk of it overflowing. I haven't used any water in the house and I'm afraid of having a shower to further back flow the pipes. I recently had my pipes repaired, so I know mine aren't leaking. The problem is coming from council infrastructure. Could someone please look into this asap. Thanks
