I know I have reported this before, but it seemed to have started again in the last few months. Are you able to inform the driver of this car she forces baby buggies and wheel chairs into the road. I know she is dropping off an elderly lady, but she should use the empty drive or drop the lady and use on street parking and not block the foot path so badly. The car has been there for over 3 hours today at a guess.
