The reporter’s words

At the corner of Hereford Street and Barbadoes Street, some people left clothes and other garbage, which looked like dead bodies. There were homeless people sleeping in the door of the house. This house may be private property,Homeless people often pass by here, and passers-by are afraid,I wonder if we can arrange to clean the garbage and clean up the unsafe factors.
