Nick Sullivan (Developer) has commenced building at 8 Gambia Street. I was not provided with any notification that building would commence. The workmen have started at 7am yesterday and today causing considerable disruption and noise. What hours of work are considered reasonable by the Council to mitigate unnecessary disruption to neighbors?
