Smells of urine on the floor & water damage Overgrown vegetation surrounding buildings Damaged hand basin No sanitary bin in the second toilet Lights on in both toilets during the day Graffiti on the inside toilet walls & outside on the building Grass area just below the toilets not maintained & mown Bark chips all over the shingle path without a designated path edge alongside such as rocks which show that some are missing
