Reported Thursday, 8 June 2017 at 8:13 pm, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The parking machine around the corner from Armagh Street on the right hand side of the road heading north charged me for parking when it said I wouldn't be charged. I then went to the one across the street and paid for my parking. I got charged for the first one and didn't get a ticket from the machine. The screen was broken on it.
