The red arrow on the circled traffic light is not working. Corner of Bealey, Fitzgerald, London and Whitmore. Photo is taken looking south towards Fitzgerald Ave, from Whitmore, so if you're not looking at the other light, can look ok to try and turn right onto Bealey Ave, which is VERY dangerous at such a busy intersection.
