Roading/Streets
Reported Friday, 28 July 2017 at 11:44 am, 135, Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Vehicle parked on road island since 8.45. The driver appears to work at the car dealer opposite as I have seen him behind a desk with a view out to his vehicle. There are now two vehicles there. This is very frustrating for those of us that are legally parking & paying parking fees for the privilege.
