Reported Wednesday, 30 August 2017 at 8:17 am, 391, Durham Street North, Christchurch, 8013, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Is it acceptable for developers to leave the footpath in such a mess. People end up walking on the road to avoid this mess which appeared a week or so ago.
