Post rain and flooding in July footpath subsiding at edge of drive - probably part of settling still from earthquakes. Can it please be refilled and tarsealed as kids on scooters, bikers or mobility scooters will potentially not see it and fall as a result of getting wheel stuck in hole as quite deep
