Hello. I have made a complaint about the following person in the past but it has gotten worse recently. A man down avonhead road runs a commercial bus and tour service. He keeps his 3-5 buses on avonhead road and staveley street in front of our house. Recently he has started doing mechanical work on his buses on the street. This includes paints, suspension work, scraping the underside of the vehicle out and cleaning the vehicles into the storm water drain on the corner of avonhead and staveley St. He leaves behind all the trash in the gutters when he is done. Is there anything that can be done about him? All the residents are elderly and not confident enough to speak to h, and when I do he agrees to stop but never does. We would all appreciate the assistance :). The numberplate outside currently being services on staveley St is FMM83. Thanks Jonathan
