The reporter’s words
The visibility here is so poor that I have to drive into cycle lane to see what is coming. I have raised this issue before and was told to look down the footpath as you can use this to see what’s coming. This is a health and safety issue and could easily be resolved by adding to the yellow lines and taking out some car parks. I was also told this intersection had 50m of visibility. This is not enough as cars rarely stick to the 50km limit around this road.
