Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 23 December 2017 at 11:59 am, 111, Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Cars, different ones on different days, are commonly parked across the footpath outside Euromarque on St Asaph St. This would seem to contravene the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004.
