Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 14 January 2018 at 3:48 pm, 18, Rayburn Avenue, Papanui, 8053, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The section across from us is very untidy and become a fire risk. I’ve seen a young person sitting in there smoking, and people dumping their overflow from their green bins. Even a tv! I’ve already contacted the council in early December via their website but to no avail so hope I have more luck via the app. We and our neighbours are getting sick of looking at it.
