Reported Saturday, 20 January 2018 at 1:58 am, 281-285 Manchester St, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This ramp is unsafe for wheelchair users. It buckles in the middle when one goes over it, and this can cause the user to tip frontways out of their chair.
