Please pass this on to whoever is dealing with public urination and defaecation. In Akaroa we have a daily occurrence if public defiling by freedom campers, either in uncontained vehicles or contained vehicles who cannot be bothered to use their toilet. This photo from entrance to Garden of Tane opposite Akaroa Yacht Club shows toilet paper. It doesn’t show the smell which advised me it was recent. Thank you
