The reporter’s words
This is the drain on the west side of Philpotts Rd. The water has not moved away since the storm 2 weeks ago. It flooded our lawn again and will with every rain until this is sorted. Can this please be looked at - the water is meant to go through a pipe under the road to the east side drain but it must be blocked as this is not happening. We don’t pay thousands of dollars of rates to have this happen at the front of our property time after time .
