Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 12 March 2018 at 1:25 pm, 33 Ely St, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This agapanthus plant is taking over the footpath. Over 6 months ago someone from the council came to check it was not on my property (21 Ely St). It isn't but nothing has been done to remove it. It is dangerous and forces pedestrians on to the road.
