With the chronic shortage of car parking around the hospital area due to roadworks & construction why is this park designated a P5 ? There are no/few businesses here & it’s not a loading zone To help with finding a park in the vicinity of the hospital can this not be turned into a P120 like all the other car parks in the street- every car park helps! Thx
