Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 29 March 2018 at 7:18 pm, 116, Lichfield Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Pothole developing. New surface seal has cracked, allowing water into subsurface. Silt is pumping up through the cracks and the surface flexes as each bus passes over. Small now but will get bigger quickly.
