The reporter’s words

The cycle path is being blocked by the fence that has fallen over. I would have stopped to fix it myself but I was late so only had time to snap a quick photo. I noticed while riding by that there were nails sticking up as well. The rest of the fence also looks like it’s going to fall over in a gust on wind causing even more of a problem.
